Former Western Michigan Broncos and first round selection Jason Babin signed a one-year free agent contract with the Philadelphia Eagles as a defensive end on Aug. 4. Babin, who was the 27th overall selection of the Houston Texans in 2004, spent last season with the Kansas City Chiefs.
